ATV HIPPS is a fully fledged system integrator providing SIS (Safety Integrated System) solutions, including, but not limited to, HIPPS.
We design, manufacture, assemble, test and certify safety loop systems including IFAT (Integrated Functional Acceptance Tests) performed in our own facility located in Colico, Italy. We provide startup, commissioning and field services including system upgrades, safety assessments and SIL certification of new and existing plants. ATV HIPPS follows the highest quality standards in terms of processes and subsuppliers.
ATV HIPPS is able to integrate a wide variety of components including but not limited to valves, actuators, logic solvers, interlocking manifolds, hydraulic panels and hydraulic power units, piping, etc. in a loose item or skid mounted configuration. ATV HIPPS is able to provide any brands and subsupplier systems based on customer preference.

System Integration
ATV HIPPS develops system integration in collaboration with customers from early project stages. System integration capabilities start from supplying single HIPPS components to integrated skid mounted solutions. Internal IFAT and SAT of the whole HIPPS Safety Loop is our standard practice.

Valve Technology
ATV has long experience in topside and subsea applications. The ATV HIPPS team selects the most suitable final element within a wide range of valves. ATV HIPPS is a vendor independent system integrator.

Functional Safety
The ATV HIPPS team has a proven record of functional safety experience. Most of our engineers are TUV functional safety certified. We have specific, wide experience in electronic and self-actuating HIPPS.
